ABC's Saturday morning lineup for the spring of 1980 (I had just turned 13 at the time and never really got into the 'I am too old for cartoons' phase) featured the Superfriends, Plastic Man, and Scooby and Scrappy - three big favorites of mine back then. Yes, I am putting it to public record that I actually liked Scrappy. Please note the past tense though!
They also aired a show called Kid's World which, I think, was a live action show in which they showed kids doing kid's stuff. I remember the big earth ball that they played with and that is about it. If anyone has more info please do share.
