It's almost October. Do you know what that means?

1960's-1980's Vintage Halloween Costumes

Check out this amazing collection of cheesy kid's costumes from the 60's through the 80's! I always loved the masks but even as a 7 year old I thought the graphics on the costume were totally moronic. Can you really picture the Kraken (from Clash of the Titans) running around wearing this goofy shirt-like thing? I can't




And, horror of all horrors, imagine dressing up as Ponch or Jon? From looking closely at the mask I don't think it matters which one you are, that thing looks more like the bad terminator robot in TERMINATOR 2.

More Halloween Costumes (Donny Osmond?)

Here is a strange one - Donny Osmond? Now I will grudgingly admit to being a fan of the show when it was on. And Donny, if you remember, was the wild one - the one who was a 'little bit rock and roll' as they say - but still, I don't remember any kids wanting to dress up like him on Halloween! Maybe in Utah...

Bonus points for the head shot on the costume, always a big negative even to a nine year old.
