23 Foot Lego Aircraft Carrier (!)
Almost as big as the real thing... well, not quite. Those nuclear powered carriers are huge (from what I remember they were about 900 feet long).

This rather clever video is a stop-motion Lego thing in which the extremely large Lego Millenium Falcon is built. It is rather long but the person who created it did a good job adding in scenes from Star Wars and his own imagination.
