Someone posted a Linux command line utility a few weeks ago that downloaded all of the 2009 photography contest entries into a folder and that was nice but this is much better. No command line interfaces to mess with and this program will allow you to download up to 5000 (!) wallpaper images for your own personal use. Throw in a nice wallpaper auto-cycling program and you have a really nice collection of desktop backgrounds. I have been using the 2009 images for a while now and they are pretty impressive.
