It seems as if anyone who starred in a hit series in the 70's and 80's was given their own album deal - case in point: this turkey! It's not that it's really really bad (although it is) but it's not that it's at all any good. It's definitely a relic of it's time and it's definitely not something that people are going to be listening to on their local classic rock station (or soft-rock religious channel) any time from now to eternity.
