The Soundtrack To Your Halloween (Part 1)

I think that I posted this one last year but it is such a great comp that it does bear repeating.

A nice (and long) collection of classical music with Halloween themes.

They used to sell these two albums in the back of Famous Monsters. Not the greatest music that I have ever heard but I love the cover art. Also included in this RAR package - The Vampyre At the Harpsichord.

  1. Great! Never thought I'd get to hear these two Langdon recordings after seeing them advertised in Famous Monsters for so many years...but I hope these links stay up (and it seems to be ripped from the CD release, too), because Verne is really particular about his stuff being shared freely when he offers them on his website from his master tapes (now on CD, of course). People have been made to remove his stuff from their blogs before (just to let you know about this, by the way).

  2. Uh....I also found where this download came from (another blog), and Track 6 is missing. Posted a comment at the other place asking for it to be provided

  4. I actually found two other blogs (think they're the same person though) which had the Langdon album posted, but they both had the same missing track. One of them had someone posting a comment with a supposed link to a download with the missing track 6, but the link doesn't work....tried a comment asking the person to repost it. Hopefully we can get it.
