It's always a popular search term at this time of year so here are some of my favorites:
DLTK's Pumpkin Carving patterns - easy to medium difficulty - most of the patterns are aimed at kids or at least as being done as a family project.
The Pumpkin Lady - most of these look pretty easy - lots of free patterns and lots of intricate patterns that cost money.
Spookmaster - medium to hard difficulty - a subscription site with a few freebies (and a daily freebie)
Zombie Pumpkins - hard but well worth it! - I featured this site last year and am doing it again because they have the best collection of patterns and examples that I have seen! (the picture used for this blog posting came from their website).
The Pumpkin Wizard - another collection of difficult patterns and this site is quickly catching up to Zombie Pumpkins.
Pumpkin Carving 101 - a site devoted to the basics of pumpkin carving.
