To The Moon - a 6 Record Set (From Time-Life Records)

I got this great 6 record set a few weeks ago from a local thrift store (three bucks) and wanted to save it for today, the fortieth anniversary of a man from our planet walking on the moon but when I opened it I found that I had two record 3's and no record 4. I was going to scrap the project but I was already half way in so I figured I would post what I have as it is really some pretty good stuff as it traces the history of the US space program from World War II until 1970.

(If anyone has MP3's of the missing record, please share!)

Sample: Richard Nixon speaks to the astronauts on the moon

  1. Hello,
I have the whole set in perfect condition, but I am too stupid to know how to make a copy for you. I can have my brother burn a cd for you, but that would take at least a week. Let me know!!!

  2. That would be great. Either a cd or if he could upload MP3's somewhere it would be nice to get the last disc to share with my readers.

  3. Adam -

Did you ever get Disk 4? I have the whole set (my parents gave it to me for my 13th birthday in 1969) and I made an MP3 of it, but it was pretty scratchy, and now it's been lost in a disk crash. Let me know at scottpcook@gmail.com. Thanks.
