An average year for CBS (and probably an all-time low) as the only new shows this year were the mostly dreadful THE ALL NEW POPEYE HOUR and the decent TARZAN AND THE SUPER SEVEN. They still had Looney Toons reruns and the always great FAT ALBERT but they were way behind the other big two networks to my eleven year old eyes (in 1978 they were 11 years old). In retrospect the TARZAN AND THE SUPER SEVEN show looks really good but I do not remember ever wathing more than a random episode or two of the show.
