The All-New Popeye Hour
Jointly produced by Hanna-Barbera and King Features Syndicate (the rights owner for the comic strip), the show aired from 1978-1983 and jumped around to a few different formats including a character called Dinky Dog and then, in 1981 to capitalize on the popularity of the hit movie Private Benjamin, Private Olive Oyl.
I could only find a few episodes online and a few episodes have been released to dvd.
Dinky Dog - Opening Sequence (this was occasionally shown as part of the show)
Popeye's Safety Message - Use the Crosswalk
Popeye in The Crunch For Lunch Bunch
Popeye in Whatsa Matterhorn?
Popeye in The Airplane
