This was a segment in a large 90 minute block that also included 'traditional' Scooby cartoons and Captain Cave-Man. It was a spoof, of sorts, of the Olympics and more so of the current popular trend THE BATTLE OF THE NETWORK STARS.
16 Episodes were produced in for the 1977-78 season and eight more were rotated in for the next and final 1978-1979 season. Many Hanna-Barbera stars were included and in this pre-Cartoon Network age this was the only place in which you could see all of them and in reality most of them were completely off the air at the time in most major markets.
It looks like most, if not all, of the episodes are available on one of the 'channels' in Shadowboro's AWESOME collection of youtube videos but, strangely enough, not available on dvd. link
