Bollywood (the collective term to include the Indian film industry) is the kingdom of super-sappy love story musicals with Brady Bunch styled morality and equally worse acting. But I love it anyway. Even in an intense and bloody movie about civil unrest (Bombay) they will break out into song and dance in the middle of the movie and then resume to their bloody war the minute the last note is struck. And who can get SHOT in the MIDDLE OF THE BACK and still spend the last half hour of the movie running around saving the day? Amitabh Bachchan in Sholay, that's who!
