I just signed up so I can't verify anything but it looks cool - you sign up for their mailing list and they send you a link to a free ebook each week. Probably similar to Baen's idea of giving out the first books of series free and then charging you for the rest after you are hooked and kind of like your neighborhood heroin dealer but I like free.
