Viewmaster Pictures at Flickr.com



Flickr user Gray Redfox has posted a nice set of viewmaster reel scans. Not scans of the reels but of the actual 'slides' that are used in the reels.

    I initially guessed that he ripped the reels apart but I saw one person post that they were just taking photos through the viewfinder. Another option would be that they used one of those old viewmaster projector things and then took a picture of the wall.

    The more I explore Flickr the more I am totally amazed by what is turning up there.
