Apparently there are a bunch of copies of this book on sale at Amazon.com for a penny (plus $3.99 shipping). I can't vouch for the quality because I have just purchased a copy but the reviews seem very positive and you can't deny that this is one heck of a good deal! So get it now! (And if you get it with this link I will get my .004 cents commision too)
