The Hollywood Animation Archive has posted a wonderful set of artwork by Felix Lorioux from a book of fairy tales that he illustrated back in the 1920's. Check out this example at the right and try to tell me it's not one of the most beautiful and whimsical pieces of art you have ever seen.
