The Twilight Zone blog posts lots and lots of 'lost' garage/psychedelic music compilations and has pretty much always been in my list of subscribed RSS feeds. They have recently posted this excellent compilation which also fits perfectly with our Halloween-a-Thon theme so what are you waiting for? Go get it!
