Today's goofy comics villian comes to us from The Flash Annual #10 (1997). This one is from the Pulp Heroes set of themed annuals and was definitely reminiscent of the most goofy stories of the silver age. A Flash movie is in the making and the lead actress has her eye on the Flash making his girlfriend (Linda) jealous. The Rainbow Raider shows up to thwart the movie and win the girl, causing much havoc and destruction. But... in the end everyone gets their girl and they all live happily ever after.
Update: Oops! I almost forgot, pencils for this issue were by Dick Giordano who recently passed away. The art is top notch in this one but the story... oh the story!
