The Papy Potage Mixtapes

This won't be for everyone but I have really been enjoying Papy Potage's mixtape podcasts. There is lots of variety here (punk, 1960's Asian rock and pop, indie, and lots more) and he doesn't do any kind of regular schedule but if you enjoy discovering new music this should be a podcast that you will love.

Vintage Turkish 45's

I normally link to specific albums for Music Monday posts but this time I wanted to highlight the Ponytone blog. As a huge fan of 70's Turkish pop music (I keep trying to buy some on eBay but the price always gets too high!) I was nearly jumping for joy when I stumbled upon this web site. The last post was February 9 of this year so hopefully the blog isn't already dead!
