Lights Out was a pretty good 'horror' anthology radio series that ran, in various incarnations, from 1934 to the 1970's with the bulk of the program running during radio's Golden Age. Many of the episodes are available for FREE on archive.org. The show is best known as using more grisly and gruesome themes than other shows during this relatively tame period in horror history. The show even managed to make it to tv for a short run in the late 1940's.
